FOOD
Roslan & Associates is a longtime leader in food-related PR campaigns. For over ten years we continue to work with the legendary chef, TV host and author Lidia Bastianich, handling her James Beard Award-winning “Lidia Celebrates America” specials on PBS. We have also worked extensively with WGBH/PBS/American Public Television on food productions including the series launch of “I’ll Have What Phil’s Having” with host Phil Rosenthal (now known as “Somebody Feed Phil” on Netflix), the Emmy-nominated series, “Moveable Feast with Fine Cooking,” as well as the launch of the Emmy Award-winning TV series, “Mind of a Chef,” executive-produced and narrated by Anthony Bourdain and profiling chefs including Sean Brock, Edward Lee, Gabrielle Hamilton, and Magnus Nilsson. Restaurant campaigns include Del Posto, Becco, and Felidia in Manhattan, Lidia’s Pittsburgh, Lidia’s Kansas City, and Michelin-starred chef Ben Pollinger’s The Hill. Product campaigns include the B.R. Cohn Winery in Sonoma, CA, the original craft soda company, Jones Soda, in Seattle, Lidia’s bestselling line of specialty pastas and sauces, and Ironbound Farm and Cider House in New Jersey, a social enterprise company for which we have already landed two New York Times Food stories.
